Another autumn scene to share from yesterday’s afternoon walk. I’ve been reflecting on classes from the past two weeks with our ‘autumnal’ theme. Last week I wove in a little philosophy in the form of aparigraha - non clinging, non grasping non greed to our practice. This week I’ve introduced samskaras, the cyclical patterns and habits we get drawn in to (although I’ve barely touched the surface). These sessions have lead to some inspiring, thought provoking and insightful discussio #autumnscenes
